N-Cbz-2-aminoethoxy-3-aminophenethoxyacetic acid serves as the linker for PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-15 (HY-139294), a PROTAC composed of a von Hippel-Lindau ligand linked to a BRD4 ligand, with IC50 values of 7.2 nM and 8.1 nM against BRD4 BD1 and BD2, respectively. PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-15 effectively degrades BRD4 protein in PC3 prostate cancer cells[1].
