Nesapidil
Nesapidil is an antiarrhythmic agent and calcium channel blocker. Nesapidil slows calcium channel activity, which in turn causes slowing of atrioventricular conduction and sinus heart rate. Nesapidil alters preload, afterload, contractility, and coronary blood flow. Nesapidil can be used in research related to arrhythmia and hypertension.
