In Vitro
Incorporation of 0.2% w/v Ceramide 3B into o/w emulsions via oleosome formulation (with or without DMI or coemulsifiers) produces stable, crystal-free dispersions, whereas direct dissolution in the lipid phase results in crystal formation[1].
