Biological Activity
Human IgG1 lambda2
Human
CD3
Otelixizumab (ChAglyCD3) has a dose-dependent accumulation and a half-life of about 1.5 days[2].
Otelixizumab targets the ε-chain of the CD3 T-lymphocyte surface receptor, which facilitates the activation of the autoreactive T-lymphocytes responsible for beta cell destruction[2].

Immobilized CD3D-CD3E Heterodimer Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc, HY-P77610) can bind Otelixizumab. The EC50 for this effect is 1.824 ng/mL. -
Flow cytometric analysis of 106 Jurkat cells with Otelixizumab (HY-P99211, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 lambda1 (HY-P99992, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
