P2Y2R antagonist 1 (Compound 32g) shows no activity against hP2Y1, hP2Y4, and hP2Y11 receptors in 1321N1 cells (pIC50 < 5), and exhibited 0% inhibition against P2Y11 at a concentration of 10 μM[1].
P2Y2R antagonist 1 has a LogD7.4 value of 4.57, indicating high lipophilicity[1].
P2Y2R antagonist 1 (0.1-10 μM, 1-72 h) at a concentration of 10 μM shows significant cytotoxicity against 1321N1 cells, with the maximum effect occurring 48 hours, while CHO cells show low sensitivity to the P2Y2R antagonist[1].
