PDE1-IN-6 (10 and 20 μM, 48 h) decreases the expression of caspase-3, 7, 9, PARP, Bcl-2 and Bcl-xl protein, and increases their cleaved caspase-3, 7, 9 in U937 and ML-1 cells[1].
