Biological Activity
Preschisanartanin O (Compound 5) (100 μg/mL) inhibits platelet-activating factor-induced platelet aggregation by 29.3 ± 1.0%, with only slight activity against collagen and Arachidonic acid (HY-109590)-induced aggregation and no activity against thrombin-induced aggregation[1].
