PTP1B-IN-36
PTP1B-IN-36 is a PTP1B inhibitor (IC50 0.70 μM) and a SHP2-E76K inhibitor (IC50 0.36 μM). PTP1B-IN-36 exhibits broad-spectrum inhibitory activity against PTP family enzymes, including TCPTP, SHP1-PTP, SHP2-PTP, and SHP1-WT. PTP1B-IN-36 shows anticancer activity against osteosarcoma. PTP1B-IN-36 can be used for research on osteosarcoma.

In Vitro
PTP1B-IN-36 (Compound 5a) (50 μM; 20 min) exhibits broad-spectrum PTP inhibition, achieving greater than 90% inhibition of PTP1B, TCPTP, SHP2-PTP, SHP2-E76K, and SHP1-WT, with 77.05% inhibition of SHP1-PTP[1].
PTP1B-IN-36 (0.07-50.0 μM; 72 h) exhibits dose-dependent antiproliferative activity in U2OS human osteosarcoma cells with an IC50 of 157.24 μM, which is significantly less potent than its enzymatic inhibition due to unfavorable physicochemical properties limiting membrane permeability[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
