Biological Activity
q-FTAA (1 μM) competes with 3H-X-34 for binding to recombinant Aβ1-42 fibrils, with an EC50 of 330-630 nM[1].
q-FTAA competes with 3H-X-34 for binding to Aβ deposits (ADPBC) purified from human AD brains, with an EC50 of 300-500 nM[1].
