(Rac, Z)-Confluentin is a meroterpenoid found in the leaves and branches of Daphne genkwa. (Rac, Z)-Confluentin shows cytotoxic against cancer cells^[1].

In Vitro

(Rac, Z)-Confluentin (Compound 15) shows cytotoxic against A549, Hela, MDA-MB231 and MCF-7 cells with IC₅₀ values of 6.65, 7.42, 9.20 and 9.13 μM^[1].
