Biological Activity
SDH-IN-44 (Compound 5a) (0.003-100 μg/mL) exhibits broad-spectrum in vitro fungicidal activity against Alternaria solani, Cercospora arachidicola, Fusarium graminearum, Fusarium verticillioides, Rhizoctonia solani and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, with EC50 values ranging from 3.74 to 19.8 μg/mL[1].
SDH-IN-44 (5.0 μg/mL) disrupts the normal morphological growth and inhibits the mycelial growth of Alternaria solani[1].
