MCE Stem Cell Cryopreservation Medium is a ready-to-use, serum-free Cryopreservation Medium optimized for human pluripotent stem cells (PSCs). PSCs preserved with this medium exhibit high post-thaw viability (> 90%) and stable expression of pluripotency markers such as OCT4 and NANOG, providing consistent and reliable cell sources for subsequent expansion and differentiation. This product is suitable for long-term, stable storage of PSCs and downstream applications.

CBB3001 is an inhibitor of LSD1/KDM1A. CBB3001 exerts its effect by inhibiting Histone Demethylase activity, with an IC50 of 21.25 μM. It downregulates the expression of pluripotency-related proteins and genes such as SOX2 and OCT4, and induces cell differentiation, growth arrest, and apoptosis. CBB3001 can be used for research on testicular germ cell tumors, teratomas, and embryonal carcinomas [4] .

NCD38 is a Lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1) inhibitor with a target IC50 of 0.59 μM. NCD38 selectively disrupts LSD1-GFI1B interactions, dissociates LSD1 and CoREST from the ERG super-enhancer. NCD38 increases apoptosis-related protein levels, induces apoptosis and reduces SOX2 and Oct4 levels. NCD38 can be used for the research of acute myeloid leukemia .

6-Methoxymellein, a phytoalexin, is a NF-κB inhibitor. 6-Methoxymellein reduces nuclear localization and DNA binding activity of NF-κB p65 and p50 subunits. 6-Methoxymellein decreases mRNA transcription and secretion of IL-6 and IL-8. 6-Methoxymellein reduces the proportion of CD44 +/CD24 − breast cancer cells, decreases expression of c-Myc, Sox-2 and Oct4, inhibits proliferation and migration of breast cancer cells, and reduces mammosphere growth. 6-Methoxymellein inhibits fungal growth of Trichophyton rubrum and Botrytis cinerea, and inhibits Trichophyton rubrum biofilm formation via hyphal disintegration. 6-Methoxymellein can be used for the research of breast cancer, tinea corporis, and carrot post-harvest storage rot .

Techniques for reprogramming somatic cells create new opportunities for drug screening, disease modeling, artificial organ development, and cell therapy. The development of reprogramming techniques has grown exponentially since Yamanaka reprogrammed somatic cells to become induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) using four transcription factors, OCT4, SOX2, KLF4, and c-MYC in 2006. Despite the development of efficient reprogramming methods, most methods are inappropriate for clinical applications because they carry the risk of integrating exogenous genetic factors or use oncogenes. Alternative approaches, such as those based on miRNA, non-viral genes, non-integrative vectors, and small molecules, have been studied as possible solutions to the problems. Among these alternatives, small molecules are attractive options for clinical applications. Reprogramming using small molecules is inexpensive and easy to control in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. It offers a high level of cell permeability, ease of synthesis and standardization, and it is appropriate for mass-producing cells.

MCE Reprogramming Compound Library contains a unique collection of 3,231 compounds that act on reprogramming signaling pathways. These compounds are potential stimulators for reprogramming. This library is a useful tool for researching reprogramming and regenerative medicine.

BXL0124 is an orally effective CD44 inhibitor and Notch signaling pathway inhibitor. BXL0124 has a vitamin D receptor-dependent mechanism and can downregulate the expression of CD44, Notch1/2/3, HES1, OCT4, LAMA5, JAG1, JAG2, NF-κB and DLL1. BXL0124 inhibits c-Myc expression and the levels of phosphorylated ERK, AKT, ErbB2, reduces the level of activated Notch1 receptor and its nuclear localization, decreases the mRNA and protein levels of Jagged-1 and Jagged-2, and inhibits the STAT3 signaling pathway by reducing the formation of the CD44-STAT3-JAK2 complex, while also inhibiting the transcriptional activity of the CD44 promoter in a p53-dependent manner. BXL0124 can induce myoepithelial differentiation and inhibit the self-renewal of cancer stem cell-like cells, cancer cell proliferation, invasion, and growth. BXL0124 can be used in research related to triple-negative breast cancer, basal-like breast cancer, ErbB2-overexpressing mammary tumorigenesis, and breast cancer [4] .
