Cat. No.: HY-129242S
CAS No.: 80404-14-4
Synonyms: 4-Oxo-Tempo-15N,d16
Tempone- 15N,d16 (4-Oxo-Tempo 15N,D16) is the deuterated, 15N-labeled Tempone (HY-129242). Tempone (4-Oxo-Tempo) is a nitroxide radical spin label and ROS scavenger. Tempone induces cytotoxicity in lymphoma cells. Tempone serves as a substrate for intracellular reduction to hydroxylamine, rapidly equilibrates between intracellular and extracellular compartments, reduces nitroxide radical spin labels at the ubiquinol site of the respiratory chain, and acts as an alternative terminal electron acceptor when electron flow to oxygen is blocked. Tempone serves as a superoxide sensor, a T2-weighted MRI contrast agent, and a dynamic nuclear polarization polarizing agent for 13C. Tempone inhibits superoxide and peroxynitrite, hydroxyl radical generation, nitrotyrosine formation, and poly (ADP-ribose) formation, and alleviates renal dysfunction and injury in ischemia/reperfusion and hydrogen peroxide-induced injury. Tempone can be used for research on ischemia-reperfusion injury, acute renal failure, and lymphoma .

10-Gingerol (Standard) is the analytical standard of 10-Gingerol (HY-N0448). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. 10-Gingerol is an AMPK agonist, which is found in the ginger oleoresin from fresh rhizome with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-proliferative activities. 10-Gingerol suppresses neointimal hyperplasia and inhibits vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation. 10-Gingerol exhibits substantial scavenging activities with an IC50 value of 10.47 μM against DPPH radical, an IC50 value of 1.68 μM against superoxide radical and an IC50 value of 1.35 μM against hydroxyl radical. 10-Gingerol inhibits the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 tumor cell line with an IC50 of 12.1 μM. 10-Gingerol suppresses the proliferation, migration, invasion, and induced apoptosis through targeting the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in MDA-MB-231/IR cells. 10-Gingerol is promising for research of ulcerative colitis .

Synonyms: CERM 1978-d5; Org 5730-d5 hydrochloride
Bepridil-d5 hydrochloride (CERM 1978-d5; Org 5730-d5 hydrochloride) is the deuterated-labeled Bepridil hydrochloride (HY-103315). Bepridil hydrochloride (CERM 1978; Org 5730 hydrochloride) is an orally active non-selective calcium channel antagonist with multi-ion channel blocking activity. Bepridil hydrochloride modulates Calmodulin, the 20S proteasome, T-type/L-type calcium channels, cardiac sodium channels, multiple potassium channels, γ-secretase, β-secretase, and mitoKATP/sarcKATP channels. Bepridil hydrochloride acts as a hydroxyl radical scavenger, regulates mitochondrial and intracellular calcium handling, and exerts antiarrhythmic, antianginal, and cardioprotective effects. Bepridil hydrochloride alters amyloid precursor protein processing, reduces β-amyloid and thalamic calcium levels, restores seladin-1/DHCR24 expression, and improves sensorimotor recovery after cerebral ischemia. Bepridil hydrochloride also exhibits potent inhibitory effects on SARS-CoV-2 replication. Bepridil hydrochloride is used in studies related to stable angina, arrhythmias, cerebral ischemia, Alzheimer's disease, and SARS-CoV-2 infection .

ZX782 is a HyT GPX4 degrader and a ferroptosis inducer, which induces GPX4 degradation and significantly increases lipid ROS accumulation in HT1080 cells. ZX782 can be used to treat AD by reducing the size and/or number of brain amyloid plaques and by inhibiting the spread of IL-1beta-positive microglial-like cells around amyloid plaques. ZX782 is labeled with hydrophobic benzyl alcohol (HBA) and appears bright blue under acidic conditions, which can be used for quantitative determination . ZX782 is composed of target protein ligand (red part) ML-210 (HY-100003), PROTAC linker (black part) Bromo-PEG2-CH2-Boc (HY-141371) and Hty molecule (blue part) Adamantan-1-ylmethanamine (HY-W037848). The conjugate consisting of Hyt and linker parts is Adamantan-C-amide-PEG2-C-Br (HY-161974), and the activity control of the target protein ligand is Hydroxyl-ML-210 (HY-161973).

Quorum sensing is a regulatory system used by bacteria to control gene expression in response to increased cell density. This regulatory process manifests itself in a variety of phenotypes, including biofilm formation and virulence factor production. Coordinated gene expression is achieved through the production, release and detection of small diffusible signaling molecules called autoinducers. N-acylated homoserine lactones (AHLs) comprise a class of such autoinducers, each of which generally consists of a fatty acid coupled to a homoserine lactone (HSL). Modulation of bacterial quorum-sensing signaling systems to suppress pathogenesis represents a new approach to antimicrobial research for infectious diseases. AHLs differ in acyl length (C4-C18), C3 substitution (hydrogen, hydroxyl, or oxo group), and the presence or absence of one or more carbon-carbon double bonds in the fatty acid chain. These differences confer signaling specificity through the affinity of the LuxR family of transcriptional regulators. C9-HSL is a rare odd-numbered acyl carbon chain produced by wild-type Erwinia carotovora strain SCC 3193 grown in nutrient-rich Luria-Bertani broth (LB) medium.

These differences confer signaling specificity through the affinity of the LuxR family of transcriptional regulators. C18-HSL, one of four lipophilic long acyl side chain AHLs produced by the LuxI AHL synthase homolog SinI, is involved in quorum-sensing signaling in strains of Rhizobium meliloti (a nitrogen-fixing bacterial symbiont of the legume M. sativa) . C18-HSL and other hydrophobic AHLs tend to localize in the relatively lipophilic environment of bacterial cells and cannot diffuse freely across the cell membrane. Long-chain N-acyl homoserine lactones can be exported from cells by efflux pumps, or can be transported between communicating cells by extracellular outer membrane vesicles.
