NH-3 is an orally active, reversible thyroid hormone receptor (THR) antagonist with an IC50 of 55 nM. NH-3, a derivative of the selective thyromi-metic GC-1, inhibits binding of thyroid hormones to their receptor and that inhibits cofactor recruitment [1] . NH-3 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.

ZCL278 is a selective Cdc42 inhibitor with Kds of 6.4 μM in fluorescence titration and 11.4 μM in surface plasmon resonance (SPR) measurement. ZCL278 is able to disrupt the Cdc42-ITSN interaction as well as GTP/GDP binding. ZCL278 has inhibitory effects on various enveloped viruses, but is ineffective against non-enveloped viruses.
