SGM-101 Antibody
SGM-101 Antibody is a chimeric monoclonal antibody targeting carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA). SGM-101 Antibody can serve as a tumor-specific fluorescent imaging probe after being covalently conjugated with the near-infrared fluorescent dye BM104. SGM-101 Antibody accumulates in CEA-positive tumor tissues via antigen-antibody specific binding, and emits near-infrared fluorescence to enable imaging of tumor lesions. SGM-101 Antibody can be used in research related to gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, peritoneal carcinomatosis, and liver metastases.

SGM-101 Antibody (1 h) binds specifically to CEA-positive MKN-45, SNU-16, and 85As2mLuc gastric cancer cell lines in vitro[1].
SGM-101 Antibody (3.3-10 μg/mL; 1 h) exhibits on-target binding to CEA-expressing human tissues, with no off-target cross-reactivity detected in the tested panel of 42 human tissues, blood samples, or blood smears[2].
SGM-101 Antibody (1.5-50 nM) maintains high, unaltered binding affinity for CEA with a dissociation constant of Kd 0.0321 nM, comparable to its unlabeled antibody counterparts[3].

SGM-101 Antibody-based fluorescent conjugate SGM-101 (2.5 mg/kg; intravenous injection; single dose), enables accurate detection of CEA-positive gastric cancer peritoneal seeding nodules. Its fluorescent signal shows a 100% consistency rate with pathologically confirmed cancer tissues, with no signal detected in non-tumor tissues[1].
SGM-101 Antibody-based fluorescent conjugate SGM-101 (intravenous infusion, 4 hours daily for 3 consecutive days, dose 5-40 mg/kg), is well tolerated in healthy Wistar rats. The no-observed-adverse-effect level (NOAEL) for daily administration over 3 consecutive days is at least 40 mg/kg, and it exhibits nearly linear pharmacokinetic characteristics and a biphasic elimination process[2].
SGM-101 Antibody-based fluorescent conjugate SGM-101 (5-20 mg/kg; intravenous injection; 4-hour infusion), is well tolerated at the 5 mg/kg dose (i.e., NOAEL) in healthy beagle dogs; transient, self-resolving anaphylactoid reactions occur at the 20 mg/kg dose, with no persistent cardiovascular or respiratory impairment[2].
SGM-101 Antibody-based fluorescent conjugate SGM-101 (30-60 μg; intravenous injection; single administration), shows a slight decrease in exposure in CEA-expressing healthy humanized transgenic mice compared with wild-type C57BL/6 mice, and the tissue distribution profiles are comparable between the two mouse strains; at 10 days post-injection, the residual radioactivity in vivo is extremely low[2].
SGM-101 Antibody-based fluorescent conjugate SGM-101 (30 μg; intravenous injection; single dose), achieves a high tumor uptake rate (peaking at 23.73% ID/g at 48 h), enables sensitive detection of peritoneal metastatic nodules of colorectal cancer, and exhibits high PPV across all nodule sizes[3].
SGM-101 Antibody-based fluorescent conjugate SGM-101 (30 μg; intravenous injection; single dose), specifically targets orthotopic pancreatic tumors with a tumor-to-background ratio (TBR) of 3.5, enabling clear tumor imaging colocalized with the distribution of tumor cells[3].
