Biological Activity
Thozalinone (30, 60, and 120 mg/kg orally) increases in motor activity in individual mice[1].
Thozalinone (2-64 mg/kg; i.p.) significantly prevents the depression caused by Tetrabenazine hexamate. All mice which are active demonstrated exploratory behavior by walking to theedge of the disk and looking over the side[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
