RDC Bifunctional Chelator |
THP(Bz)3-NH2 is a precursor compound for synthesis of the tris(hydroxypyridinone) bifunctional chelator H3THP-NCS[1].
THP(Bz)3-NH2 supports conjugation of H3THP-NCS to αvβ3 integrin-targeting peptide RGD for 68Ga3+ radiolabeling to generate PET imaging agents[1].
RDC has the ability to specifically target biomolecules and can be used in medical imaging or therapy.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
