In Vitro

UK‑396082 (0-1000 nM; NRK52E cells; 96 h) induces TAFI activity in a dose-dependent manner[1].
UK‑396082 (500 nM; 24 h) increases plasmin activity in NRK52E cells (+109%) and NRK49F fibroblasts (+38.3%)[1].
UK‑396082 (500 nM; 24 h) has a 46% reduction in ECM levels[1].
