Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
TBZ-1 reports β5i/iCP activity in IFN-γ-treated A549 cells, and this activity is attenuated by iCP inhibition[1].
TBZ-1 is approximately 35% cell-permeable in the live-cell assay[2].
TBZ-1 (31 μM) produces intracellular Rh110 fluorescence in IFN-γ-treated A549 cells that increases over 0-30 min and is reduced by iCP inhibition[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
