Biological Activity
Ki: 0.007 μM (1-Caffeoylquinic acid)[1]
1-Caffeoylquinic acid blocks the interaction between PD-1 and PD-L1 (IC50=87.28 µM), restores the activity of T cells, and enhances anti-tumor immune response[3].
1-Caffeoylquinic acid is the main phenolic compound that can be isolated from Tetrastigma hemsleyanum leaf. T. hemsleyanum leaf extracts exhibits antioxidant and antiproliferative activities[4].
