In Vivo

(21S)-Argatroban (0.4 mg/kg, i.v., once daily for 3 consecutive days) significantly prolongs whole blood clotting time, recalcification time, prothrombin time, thrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time and reduces platelet adhesion, aggregation in normal domestic dogs[1].
