PROTAC ERα Degrader-10 (Compound 160a) is an orally active ERα degrader with a DC₅₀ of 0.37-1.1 nM in MCF7, T47D and CAMA-1 cells. PROTAC ERα Degrader-10 exhibits antitumor activity in mouse models^[1].
(3S) Lenalidomide-5-Pip-Boc serves as the E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate for PROTAC ER Degrader-14 (HY-170340), which is a PTORAC-type ER degrader^[2].
