Tyrosinas 69.85 μM (IC50) |
6-Acetylnimbandiol (10, 30, 100 µM; 48 h) shows antimelanogenic activity in B16 melanoma cells[1].
6-Acetylnimbandiol (50, 100 µM; 48 h) exerts melanogenesis inhibition by inhibiting expression of MITF, tyrosinase, TRP-1, and TRP-2 in B16 melanoma cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
