(6aR,11aR)-Edunol exerts antiproliferative effects against drug-sensitive leukemia cells and multidrug-resistant leukemia cells. (6aR,11aR)-Edunol can be used for the research of leukemia[1].

In Vitro

(6aR,11aR)-Edunol (compound 10) shows antiproliferative activity against human leukemia CCRF-CEM cells with an IC50 of 34.11 μM and against drug-resistant CEM/ADR5000 cells with an IC50 of 33.22 μM[1].
