7α,15-Dihydroxydehydroabietic acid (3.125-6.25 μM; 24 hours) significantly inhibits the promotion of angiogenesis in HUVECs. 7α,15-Dihydroxydehydroabietic acid inhibits angiogenesis through downregulation of the VEGF, p-Akt and p-ERK signaling pathways[1].
