Pulegone is a monoterpene ketone compound widely present in the essential oils of many plants. Pulegone can also be used as a bird repellent. Pulegone has multiple activities such as anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-hyperalgesic effects. Pulegone is particularly effective against bacteria of the Salmonella species.

Forsythoside I (Standard) is the analytical standard of Forsythoside I (HY-N5042). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Forsythoside I is an orally active caffeoyl phenylethanoid glycoside (CPG) that can be isolated from Forsythia suspense (Thunb.) Vahl. Forsythoside I has anti-inflammatory activity and can exert a protective effect in a mouse model of acute lung injury.

2,3-Pentanedione-¹³C₂ is ¹³C labeled 2,3-Pentanedione (HY-W012998). 2,3-Pentanedione is a common constituent of synthetic flavorings and is used to impart a butter, strawberry, caramel, fruit, rum, or cheese flavor in beverages, ice cream, candy, baked goods, gelatins, and puddings. 2,3-Pentanedione also occurs naturally as a fermentation product in beer, wine, and yogurt and is releasedduring roasting of coffee beans.

(Rac)-AZ8838 (P69, Example 1) is a conformational antagonist of proteinase-activated receptor 2 (PAR2), which can be used for the study of pain and inflammation-related diseases.

Cornuside (Standard) is the analytical standard of Cornuside (HY-N0631). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Cornuside is an iridoid glycoside with anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective activities. Cornuside exerts anti-allergic activity by downregulating the p38 MAPK, JNK, and NF-κB signaling pathways, and inhibits IgE-mediated histamine release from mast cells. Cornuside improves cognitive impairment in mice by inhibiting BACE1 activity (IC₅₀ = 55.84 μg/mL) and enhancing ChAT activity. Cornuside inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-induced inflammatory mediators, including iNOS, COX-2, PGE2, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β, by suppressing NF-κB activation.

ZY38 is a SaClpP agonist that activates SaClpP-mediated α-casein hydrolysis with an EC₅₀ of 1.52 μM. ZY38 exhibits bactericidal activity against Staphylococcus aureus. ZY38 is applicable to studies related to Staphylococcus aureus infections, such as peritonitis.

Human CCL25 mRNA encodes the human C-C motif chemokine ligand 25 (CCL25) protein, a cytokine that displays chemotactic activity for dendritic cells, thymocytes, and activated macrophages but is inactive on peripheral blood lymphocytes and neutrophils.

Anti-MRSA agent 17 (8) is an inhibitor against S. aureus (MRSA) BPL (SaBPL), with a K_i of 10.3 nM.

5J-4 is a potent CRAC inhibitor. 5J-4 decreases the numbers of infiltrated mononuclear cell into the CNS, and significantly decreases the population of infiltrated CD4+ population. 5J-4 reduces the symptoms and delayed the onset of EAE (experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis) in mouse model of inflammation.

TM5007 is a poent and orally active inhibitor of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) with an IC₅₀ of 29 μM. TM5007 enhance fibrinolysis activity and inhibits coagulation. TM5007 also prevents the fibrotic process initiated by bleomycin in mouse lung.

(rac)-Etodolac-d₃ is a labelled racemic Etodolac. Etodolac (AY-24236) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory compound that is a non-selective inhibitor of COX (IC50=53.5 nM)

Pegcetacoplan-¹³C₃,¹⁵N TFA is the ¹³C- and ¹⁵N-labeled Pegcetacoplan TFA. Pegcetacoplan is a pegylated complement C3/C3b inhibitor. Pegcetacoplan acts by specifically binding to and inhibiting C3 and C3b, thereby suppressing the complement cascade at its proximal stage. Pegcetacoplan is not a known inhibitor or inducer of CYP450 isoenzymes. Pegcetacoplan can be used for the research of complement-mediated diseases, including paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) and age-related macular degeneration (AMD).

Octreotide-d₈ (SMS 201-995-d₈) TFA is the deuterium labeled Octreotide TFA. Octreotide (SMS 201-995) is a somatostatin receptor agonist and synthetic octapeptide endogenous somatostatin analogue. Octreotide (SMS 201-995) can bind to the somatostatin receptor and mainly subtypes 2, 3, and 5, increases Gi activity, and reduces intracellular cAMP production. Octreotide (SMS 201-995) has antitumor activity, mediates apoptosis and may also be used in disease studies in acromegaly.

DPA-714-d₁₀ is the deuterium labeled DPA-714 (HY-122607). DPA-714 is a high affinity translocator protein (TSPO) ligand (K_i=7 nM), which is designed with a fluorine atom in its structure, allowing labelling with fluorine -18 and in vivo imaging using positron emission tomography. ¹⁸FDPA-714 successfully evaluates for the specific imaging of inflammation in various models of neuroinflammation and in a brain tumor model.

COX-2-IN-1 is potent and slective COX-2 inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 3.9 μM.

Phen-DC3 is a bisquinolinium G-quadruplex (G4) ligand. Phen-DC3 selectively binds to and stabilizes the hybrid quadruplex-duplex hybrid (QDH) derived from the PIM1 promoter. Phen-DC3 also binds to the c-myc promoter Pu24T G4 via extensive π-stacking, and induces polymerase stalling at α-synuclein DNA and RNA G4 sequences. Phen-DC3 Trifluoromethanesulfonate (HY-15594A) downregulates LPS (HY-D1056)-induced TNFRSF21, RIPK3 and p-MLKL in VECs, and ameliorates CLP-induced pulmonary vascular leakage in septic rats. Phen-DC3 can be used in studies related to neurodegenerative diseases and sepsis-associated vascular injury.
