D₂ Receptor Ligand

UCSF34 (Compound 54) is a Haloperidol (HY-14538) analogue. UCSF34 binds to the human D₂L receptor, with an estimated pK_i of 7.49. UCSF34 can be used in the research of schizophrenia.

DR/5-HT7AR Ligand-1 is a ligand with a K_i value of 1.24 nM against human D2R, 5.78 nM against human D3R, 0.67 nM against human 5-HT1AR, and 19.9 nM against human 5-HT7AR. DR/5-HT7AR Ligand-1 can be used for the research of schizophrenia.

Piquindone (Ro 22-1319) is a potent antipsychotic agent. Piquindone binds to a D₂ dopaminergic receptor subtype in a sodium-dependent manner. Piquindone can be used in the research of schizophrenia.

Cinuperone is a multi-target competitive receptor ligand and σ receptor antagonist that acts on Dopamine D1, σ, Dopamine D1, and 5-HT₂ receptors. Cinuperone shows significantly higher affinity for σ receptors than for Dopamine D1 receptors, and only exhibits moderate binding activity for dopamine D2 receptors. Cinuperone can be used in the research of central nervous system diseases.

Spectramide is a blood-brain barrier-permeable, reversible, and selective dopamine D₂ receptor ligand. Spectramide shows no strong interactions with dopamine D₁ receptors, dopamine uptake sites, adrenergic receptor systems, cholinergic receptor systems, or 5-HTR systems. Spectramide can be labeled with ¹¹C or ¹²³I isotopes for use in PET or SPECT. Spectramide preferentially accumulates in the striatum with low uptake in other brain regions, and its accumulation can be blocked by pre-administration of Haloperidol (HY-14538).
