AChE/BChE-IN-39 (compound 6) is a potent dual AChE/BChE inhibitor with IC50 values of 751.62 pM and 73.51 pM, respectively. AChE/BChE-IN-39 maintains acetylcholine levels through mixed-type inhibition at the catalytic site and peripheral choline esterase site. AChE/BChE-IN-39 can be used for research on Alzheimer's disease.
