Biological Activity
AHL modulator-1 (Compound 12) (5-200 μM) acts as a partial agonist and moderate antagonist of QS-regulated cellulase in Pectobacterium carotovora (ΔexpI), with 21% agonism at 200 μM and 42% antagonism at 5 μM[1].
AHL modulator-1 (50 μM) acts as a weak agonist and moderate antagonist of QS-regulated potato maceration by Pectobacterium carotovora (ΔexpI), with 5% agonism at 50 μM and 32% antagonism at 50 μM[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
