Aldolase, Rabbit muscle catalyzes the reversible carbon-carbon cleavage of fructose-1,6-bisphosphate to produce dihydroxyacetone phosphate and glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate. Aldolase, Rabbit muscle is an essential component for v-ATPase activity. Aldolase, Rabbit muscle participates in processes such as gluconeogenesis, the Calvin cycle and glycolysis.
