The Ki value of α-Synuclein aggregate binder 3 for binding to sonicated α-synuclein fibrils is 0.8 nM. α-Synuclein aggregate binder 3 can be used for α-synuclein imaging, as well as for detecting disorders associated with α-synuclein aggregation, such as Parkinson's disease, dementia with Lewy bodies, and multiple system atrophy.
