AMBA (0.001-1000 nmol/L; 60 min) exhibits high specificity and nanomolar affinity for human GRPR receptors, with an IC₅₀ of 0.82 nmol/L and a K_i of 0.65nmol/L^[1].
AMBA (6.66 × 10^-4 μmol (1 μg); 10 min) can be efficiently radiolabeled with ¹¹¹In, achieving a radiolabeling efficiency of 95.43% under the tested conditions^[1].

In Vivo

¹¹¹In-AMBA (0.37 MBq-12.2 MBq/4 μg; i.v.; single dose) achieves peak tumor uptake of 3.87 ± 0.65% ID/g at 8 hours post-injection in PC-3 prostate tumor-bearing SCID mice, with a maximum tumor/muscle ratio of 11.79, demonstrating effective targeting of GRPR-expressing tumors^[1].
