Anti-Mouse TREM2 Antibody (4D9) (ATV:4D9 complex) binds to mouse TREM2 protein with high affinity (Kd = 0.316 nM)[1].
Anti-Mouse TREM2 Antibody (4D9 (ATV:4D9 complex)) rescues the survival of bone marrow-derived macrophages from WT;TfRmu/hu mice under low M-CSF conditions, with an EC50 of 4.1 nM[1].
