  • Experimental Validation Results for CD73 Antibody (YA3876)
Western blot analysis of extracts from HT-29 (lane2, 20μg), U87 (lane3, 20μg), HepG2 (lane4, 20μg) and Jurkat (lane5, 20μg) using CD73 Antibody (HY-P84179). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80993, 1/10,000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8004,1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Background

  • Function

CD73 (NT5E) is a GPI-anchored extracellular 5'-nucleotidase that regulates immune tolerance, inflammation, and tumor immune escape by converting AMP into the immunosuppressive molecule adenosine. In immunological assays, CD73 serves as a key marker for studying Treg function, the immunosuppressive microenvironment, and tumor immunity.
