Biological Activity
Anticancer agent 227 (compound YNU-1c) (0-50 µM; 48 h) shows antiproliferative activity with IC50s of 0.19, 0.13, >50 µM for HepG2, HCC1806, HL-7702 cells, respectively[1].
Anticancer agent 227 (0.13 µM; 48 h) induces apoptosis by increasing the expression of cytochrome c and cleaved caspase-3[1].
