Description
In Vitro
Antiviral agent 58 (Compound J1) (6.25-200 μM; 48 h) exhibites a low cytotoxic effect on MDCK, A549, Vero and HRT18 cells at concentrations up to 200 μM[1].
Antiviral agent 58 can inhibit the infection of IAV strains such as H1N1, H7N9, H5N1, and H3N2, as well as oseltamivir (HY-13317)-resistant strains, with IC50 values ranging from 7.81 to 15.65 μM[1].
