Euphominoid E
Euphominoid E is an ent-rosane diterpenoid found in the stems of Euphorbia neriifolia and the aerial parts of Euphorbia milii, acting as an inhibitor of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) DNA lytic replication. Euphominoid E blocks EBV lytic replication. Euphominoid E can be used for research on Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) lytic replication.

Beschreibung
In Vitro
Euphominoid E (compound 5) (50 μM; 48 h) does not exhibit significant inhibition of EBV lytic replication in P3HR-1 cells, as it shows less than 50% inhibition at 50 μM[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
