In Vivo

The mouse IgG isotype clone (31F11) of ONC-841 (intravenous injection; 6.5 weeks) clears cerebral β-amyloid plaques, reduces plasma pTau181 and total Tau biomarker levels, and restores microglial function, thereby counteracting AD pathogenesis in two Alzheimer's disease transgenic mouse models expressing human SIGLEC10^[1].
