ATG5/TECAIR-IN-4 is an ATG5-targeting autophagy inhibitor. ATG5/TECAIR-IN-4 exhibits weak autophagy inhibitory activity. ATG5/TECAIR-IN-4 could be used in cancer-related research^[1].

In Vitro

ATG5/TECAIR-IN-4 (Compound 17i) shows no obvious inhibitory activity against ATG5-ATG16L1 protein-protein interactions^[1].
ATG5/TECAIR-IN-4 shows weak inhibitory activity against ATG5-TECAIR protein-protein interactions, with IC₅₀ values above 33 μM for interactions^[1].
ATG5/TECAIR-IN-4 (20 μM; 6 h) does not effectively inhibit autophagy in COS-7 cells, with an autophagy incidence of 53.72%^[1].
