In Vitro

ATG5-TECAIR-IN-3 (Compound 17i) shows no obvious inhibitory activity against ATG5-ATG16L1 protein-protein interactions[1].
ATG5-TECAIR-IN-3 shows weak inhibitory activity against ATG5-TECAIR protein-protein interactions, with IC50 values above 33 μM for interactions[1].
ATG5-TECAIR-IN-3 (20 μM; 6 h) does not effectively inhibit autophagy in COS-7 cells, with an autophagy incidence of 53.72%[1].
