Aurora kinase-IN-10 (48 h) inhibits the proliferation of MDA-MB-231, A549, PC9 and LO2 cells, with IC₅₀ values of 1.49, 19.44, 6.57 and 48.11 μM, respectively^[1].
Aurora kinase-IN-10 has a half-life of 126.6 min in rat liver microsomes and approximately 18.3 h in rat plasma^[1].
