Definition:

A-375 is a human cancer cell line derived from Leg, skin and associated with Amelanotic melanoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. A-375 is used as an in vitro model of Amelanotic melanoma to investigate cell proliferation, oxidative stress, cytotoxicity, and nanoparticle uptake and toxicity.
