A-427 is a human cancer cell line derived from Lung and associated with Lung adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. A-427 is used as an in vitro model of Lung adenocarcinoma to investigate apoptosis, drug resistance, and cytotoxicity.
