AtT20 is a mouse cancer cell line derived from Pituitary gland and associated with Mouse pituitary gland neoplasms. AtT20 is immortalized or transformed by X-Ray. AtT20 is used as an in vitro model of Mouse pituitary gland neoplasms to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
