BRM/BRG1 ATP degrader-1 (compound 1) is a dual degrader of BRM/BRG1. In BRM-HiBiT KI HeLa cells, its HiBiT activity values are -87.0122 at 1 μM and -81.2914 at 10 μM, indicating that it effectively degrades BRM protein[1].
BRM/BRG1 ATP degrader-1 exhibits degradation inhibition rates (Sinf) ranging from -71% to -120% for both BRM IF and BRG1 IF in SW1573 cells; its IC50 value for BRM IF falls between 0.010-0.10 μM, while the IC50 value for BRG1 IF exceeds 0.10 μM[1].
