Description
In Vitro
Calcium chloride (3-8 mM, 7 d) increases the saturation density of WI-38 cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
Induced Disease Models
Please do not refer to only one article to determine the experimental conditions. It is recommended to determine the optimal experimental conditions (animal strain, age, dosage, frequency and cycle, detection time and indicators, etc.) through preliminary experiments before the formal experiment.
Calcium chloride anhydrous, for cell culture can be used for animal modeling, to construct abdominal aortic aneurysm models.
Administration: 0.5 mol/L • 0.5 mol/L CaCl2-containing cotton gauze was applied to the outer surface of the aorta for 15 minutes. The aorta was flushed with 0.9% sterile saline and the incision was sutured.
