Amiodarone hydrochloride induces cell proliferation and myofibroblast differentiation via ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK signaling in fibroblasts[2]. Amiodarone hydrochloride can be used in the research of both supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias[1].
