Biological Activity: Apoptosis inducer 46 is an apoptosis inducer. Apoptosis inducer 46 exhibits potent and selective growth inhibitory effects on metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells. Apoptosis inducer 46 induces G2/M phase cell cycle arrest and apoptotic cell death in MDA-MB-231 cells, and blocks NF-κB nuclear translocation. Apoptosis inducer 46 can be used for the study of TNBC[1].
