Biological Activity: ODN 2007 is an immunostimulatory CpG oligodeoxynucleotide. ODN 2007 activates TLR21 (the chicken homolog of TLR9), triggering innate signaling. ODN 2007 induces CpG motif-specific, dose-dependent 2'5'-A synthetase. ODN 2007 stimulates lymph node IFN-α/IFN-γ secretion. ODN 2007 binds Hsp90α, activates ERK2/AKT, and induces Th1 cytokine/chemokine mRNA (IL-6, MIP-3α) and NO. ODN 2007 can be used in research on Escherichia coli infection[1][2][3][4].
