Chemical Structure
Rooperol
- CAS 番号: 83644-00-2
- Formula:C17H14O4
- Molecular Weight:282.29
IUPAC Name: (E)-4,4'-(pent-1-en-4-yne-1,5-diyl)bis(benzene-1,2-diol)
InChIKey: JQPOMMNEABQHEU-DUXPYHPUSA-N
SMILES: OC1=CC=C(C=C1O)/C=C/CC#CC2=CC=C(C(O)=C2)O
Biological Activity: Rooperol is a norlignan analog with antitumor, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant activities. Rooperol induces apoptosis in CSCs through a mitochondrial-induced increase in ROS and a p53-dependent pathway, while also downregulating the expression of key stem cell regulatory factors, such as Oct4, Nanog, and Sox2, ultimately exerting its anticancer effects[1][2][3][4].
