Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
CGP36216 is ineffective at GABA postsynaptic receptors, it is appreciably more active at presynaptic receptors[2].
CGP36216 (100 µM) could increase the frequency of spontaneous firing in VTA-DA neurons[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
